I was alone by myself in a room when the T.V. switched on for no reason at all. I didn't have the remote control with me. For some reason, I felt absolutely calm. I didn't have any rational thoughts at this time. I just accepted it as normal. I agree wholeheartedly that prayers are a big help. I've had my own brush with the paranormal though it seldom happens, thankfully. Some of my friends have scarier intimate experiences and I will never ever want to be in their shoes!
