Hello,

My name is Michael, and I hope you enjoy what you read here! I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. I have lived many places around the United States, and have either lived in or visited a few countries around the world.

I have a lot of life experience, so I feel I have something to share with you, that you may enjoy or benefit from. That’s me on the right

As you are probably curious, venagozar is a compressed Spanish slang. It is really ‘ven a gozar’ and sounds pretty much like it looks. Loosely translated, it means relax, and be happy. I like the way it sounds and the idea it represents.

I would also like to mention, I am not an trained or certified expert on anything I may post. What I am posting is from my life experience. For example, anything I place in the self help category has helped in my life. Please do not think that because it helped me, it will help you or change your life too. I am only suggesting what I post as possibilities for your life.

You can email me through the email me form or use one of the addresses below.

venagozar@yahoo.com

venagozar@gmail.com

I am trying instant messaging, so if you feel like a quick chat I am on yahoo im, and google talk as venagozar. If I am not online, leave me a note if you wish.

I am happy you are here. Thank you!

Enjoy your stay, and stop back often.

Michael

I just found your website. Thankfully! I enjoy reading all about your journey. I was diagnosed with Celiacs in January, so it is a daily struggle for me so far. I know that I will find my way, but so far, it has been difficult as I’m used to eating “kids food” as a mother. I’m the only one in my house with Celiacs so we are all adjusting. Thanks so much for posting!

I am thankful that I have some small degree of freedom, although I do not abuse it. I eat a lot of oatmeal. Both as itself and in premade bars. I am glad you found out early, I only recently found out. I listened to doctors tell me all sorts of fantasies about why I felt ‘bad’ so often. There is a weblink on the right side, to a celaic website with some good foods that may be in your area. There are some great resources on the web too. The ‘Dummies’ book is a great starting place. The author is ‘THE’ authority. She did almost all the groundwork herself. Before her, all most people knew was they had a problem with gluton, and perhaps a year to live.

I am glad I could help, take it seriously as the censequences of cheating with Celiacs are severe. Best wishes for your future! – Michael
