I eat a lot of oatmeal. Both as itself and in premade bars. I am glad you found out early, I only recently found out. I listened to doctors tell me all sorts of fantasies about why I felt 'bad' so often. There is a weblink on the right side, to a celaic website with some good foods that may be in your area. There are some great resources on the web too. The 'Dummies' book is a great starting place. The author is 'THE' authority. She did almost all the groundwork herself. Before her, all most people knew was they had a problem with gluton, and perhaps a year to live. I am glad I could help, take it seriously as the censequences of cheating with Celiacs are severe. I enjoy reading all about your journey. I was diagnosed with Celiacs in January, so it is a daily struggle for me so far. I know that I will find my way, but so far, it has been difficult as I'm used to eating "kids food" as a mother. I'm the only one in my house with Celiacs so we are all adjusting.
